Destination Anywhere is german Ska Punk band from the region of the little town Betzdorf, which was found in the year 2006. In the same year already played over 20 (!) shows. Even before the band recorded their EP in 07/08 they played in the year over 40 gigs. In 2008 they recorded their first long-player ( which was funded by the Rockförderfestival, which is a contest for new bands). They had a slight change in their line-up since the beginning. Marc Hartmann, Lukas Buchen and Simon Ferres left the band. Christian Jüngst and Phillip Shopp joined the band to complete the wind instruments while André played now the bass. A few months later "Bätzing" And Christopher joined the band, because Christian and Phillip had to go to the german army, but they are still part of the band.

Currently they are working on their new album, which will be released in early 2010. The album will contain 20 songs and will be produced by David Bonk, who is the guitarist of the band "Panik". I think a few of you can remember "Panik" as "Nevada Tan" .

Normally I don't listen to ska, and less punk, but this band just kick-ass. Try them out, I just can suggest this band to you =)

David Bonk is mastering it at the moment.^^

Furthermore they now have a Forum, that you can find here.

And a few weeks ago they played in Paris, looks like that was a massive concert =D
